Speak & Do After School 2024/2025
Newly this school year, we offer our Speak & Do After School program at new schools and locations, namely in Prague 6 (ZŠ Bělohorská and ZŠ Ruzyně), in Prague 7 (U Uranie – ZŠ Strossmayerovo nám.) and in Tuklaty (Kolín district). The program also continues to run in ZŠ Slivenec, ZŠ Ořech (Prague-west) and in the Esencia Community School in Prague 7. The program is designed for children from 6 to 10 years of age. Due to its nature and content, it’suitable for both beginners and intermediate learners, as well as for bilingual children. Most courses are open to the public, i.e. it is possible to enroll your child even if he/she does not attend the school or is a homeschooler. Below you will find the dates of individual courses and FREE demonstration classes. You can find more information, including the price, in the application form.

What do we offer?
English afternoons for kids from 1st to 5th grade, ranging from 1 to 4 60-minute teaching blocks per week.
Why do we do it?
Kids learn foreign languages best through their own experience and while employing all senses. The earlier and more regularly we expose them to other languages, the easier it is for them to acquire it.
What do we do with the kids?
We play, sing, exercise, dance, run, jump and often just fool around. We create, model, have picnics, read, play board games, all the while working with Montessori teaching aids and the principles of Hejny's math. We do all that immersed in English, with a native English speaker and an experienced Czech teacher either in the classroom, the afterschool club or outside.
